Becoming a member of the Cercle des bons amis inc. (CBA Inc.) means joining a group with an enthusiastic and respectful lifestyle. Being a member allows you, among other things, to be in a friendly relationship with Francophones living in our Village, to choose from the multitude of activities organized by our volunteer members, to be informed and to share information with all our members. CBA Inc.'s foundation for success and sustainability rests on volunteerism. CBA Inc.'s generosity, self- giving, volunteer smile, determination to serve are essential to the achievement of the primary goal

IIntroduced to improve communication between the Directors of the Cercle des bons amis inc. and its members, our website is today the privileged forum for exchanges of information offered to all: communication between members, communication with CBA management and interactive communication about the management of our Village. While our branches are excellent information ambassadors for unaffiliated CBA members, the CBA Branch remains very responsive to the needs of all its members, whether connected or not. The Branch therefore offers alternatives to access to information through meetings and distribution of press releases so that everyone knows and shares our way of life at the Century Village of West Palm Beach.

It is intended that the CBA Inc. qualify as an organization which is exempt from federal income taxation under section 501(c)(7) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.

Membership in the CBA Inc. shall be open to any individual person who are residents of West Palm Beach Century Village, which shall be defined as those individual persons in possession of a valid West Palm Beach Century Village certificate of occupancy.

The objective of the CBA Inc. is to facilitate friendly meetings and activities for the morale, welfare and benefit of its members, where all such meetings, activities and/or correspondences among the members will be conducted in French.
